The reason that LaSalle (6-4) would finish ahead of Elder (7-3) is Level 2 Harbin points. The teams that LaSalle has beaten and are projected to beat will combine for 37 wins (210 Level 2 Harbin Points). LaSalle is projected to beat 4 D-I teams and 2 D-III teams for a total of 34 Level 1 Points. Therefore, with a 9.6 divisor, LaSalle will have 24.8286 points. [(210/9.8) + (34/10)] = 24.8286

Conversely, the teams that Elder has beaten and are projected to beat will combine for 35 wins (only 195 Level 2 Harbin Points). Elder is projected to beat 3 D-I teams, 1 D-II team, and 3 D-III teams for a total of 38.5 Level 1 points. Therefore, with a divisor of 9.6, Elder will have 24.1625 points. [(195/9.6) + (38.5/10)] = 24.1625

I have updated my Harbin Projections, and Elder is now projected to be in the Top 8.
