DISCLAIMER

These projections take into consider the results of many games that I will not detail here. Any difference between my projection in one of those games and the game's actual results could change the seeding of multiple teams. These projections should give you an approximation of what the top eight teams will look like based on the results of major games.

The subsequent projections are projected Harbin rankings with a change to the base scenario listed as the post's title.
